AUSTIN (KXAN) — A woman's body was pulled from Lady Bird Lake Thursday morning after first responders arrived to a water rescue call in downtown Austin. According to first responders, the call came in at approximately 8:20 a.m. for a welfare check after a body was seen facedown in the water nea r the 90 block of Congress Avenue.
