GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - Happy Hour is right around the corner in Green Bay's Shipyard District as a new cocktail bar is celebrating its grand opening on Friday afternoon. The new establishment, appropriately dubbed Happy Hour, is set to open its doors on 813 South Broadway at 2 p.m. on March 21. The grand opening will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and brief remarks by district officials and Happy Hour's owner Don Mjelde.
