MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man is dead after a fatal hit and run Sunday afternoon, Memphis Police confirmed. At 2:10 p.m., officers responded to a pedestrian struck at N. Hollywood St and I-40 E. southbound. A man was pronounced dead at the scene.  Police said the driver of the vehicle did not remai n on the scene.
