INDIANAPOLIS — Martin Luther King Jr. Day is upon us and there are a flurry of fun things to do in the city for free to celebrate the holiday on Monday, Jan. 20, and the surrounding days. Children Museum: The Children Museum is hosting a day of activities on MLK Jr. day at 10 a.m. with special programs and musical performances. The event is free, but tickets are required in advance for non-members. Learn more here. Conner Prairie: Conner Prairie will host a day of healing, "Rest is Resistance: Honoring The Dream Through Collective Rest." Guest can join the experience virtually. Learn more here. Eiteljorg Museum: The Eiteljorg Musuem is celebrating MLK Jr. Day with free admission for all visitors. His legacy will be honored through art, culture, and community engagement. Learn more here.
