BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A man is now facing serious charges after investigators say he inappropriately touched three young victims. Police arrested Daniel Kinsella, who's being charged with five felony counts, which include gross sexual imposition. A police officer spoke to the victims who say the abuse happened in Bismarck between 2018 and this year. Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over returns to ND The officer then contacted Kinsella in September, who was out of the state. He returned to North Dakota and appeared in court on Wednesday afternoon. A judge set Kinsella's bond at $250,000. Kinsella will be back in court in January. So far, his trial is scheduled to happen in Burleigh County Court in April. Close Thanks for signing up!
