NORTH DAKOTA (KXNET) — The winners for the fourth annual Name-A-Plow contest have been released by the North Dakota Department of Transportation. The contest asked North Dakota residents to submit snowplow name ideas for their district. NDDOT says over 500 names were submitted and considered, and the winners were chosen by North Dakota Department of Transportation employees through a vote. Each district winner will get the chance to meet the operator of the plow they named and have the name permanently displayed.
