WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Wichita police say a man whose body was found Sunday in southeast Wichita was the victim of a homicide. Police were called to the 3800 block of S. Hydraulic at 1:15 p.m. Sunday on the report of a possible body. When they arrived, they found Marvin C. Walldren, 53, with obvious signs of injuries. Temperatures, options decreasing for Wichita’s homeless population Walldren was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS. The coroner later determined through the autopsy that he had been the victim of a homicide. Detectives are working to determine what led up to his death.
