MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man is in custody and another is on the loose after shots were reported fired early Monday morning at an apartment complex in Lakeland. According to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to a shooting around 2:30 am at the Somerset at Lakeland Apartments in the 3000 block of Champions Drive.
