ALEXANDRIA, Va. (DC News Now) -- Police said a masseuse has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting his clients at a Massage Envy in Alexandria. The Alexandria Police Department said 31-year-old Picard K. Johnson, who lives in Maryland, was a massage therapist at the Alexandria Massage Envy on Duke Street. This parlor is located in the Foxchase Shoppes. Johnson was arrested and charged with two counts of Object Sexual Penetration after he was accused of sexually assaulting two clients. Candlelight vigil in honor of Mamta Kafle Bhatt, domestic violence victims Alexandria police said detectives are continuing to investigate and are working to identify anyone who may have visited the Duke Street location from Aug. 1 to Sept. 26 and may have experienced inappropriate contact with Johnson.
