On "Kern County In Depth," 17's Jenny Huh profiles candidates running for election to the Kern County Board of Supervisors. There are a handful of candidates running to replace Zack Scrivner, who resigned from the board amid controversy back in August. In this episode, Huh profiles Dale Cisneros, Pete Graff and Kelly Carden who running for the District 2 seat. In District 5, incumbent Supervisor Leticia Perez is in the general election runoff against Kim Salas. Huh speaks with both candidates on their visions for the district.
