RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A walking tour featuring a very different kind of attraction will soon be coming to The Fan neighborhood in Richmond. The RVA Cat Tour will allow participants to view a slew of neighborhood cats in November. According to an update on the tour's Instagram page, ticket information will be released sometime in early to mid-October. Participation will be free, with a suggested donation of $5 or pay-what-you-can going towards Tiny Paws RVA, according to the Instagram page. The tour will be held on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 11 a.m.
