4C Group, a leader in architectural and interior design and building luxury homes in Park City for 20 years, has been named the People’s Choice Award winner at the 2026 Park City Architectural Design Showcase, presented by the Park City Area Home Builders Association. This year’s showcase i nvited 10 of the region’s leading architecture and design firms to each envision a luxury mountain home for the same homesite at Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge. The public explored each firm’s concept through renderings, floor plans and virtual 3D models during the showcase, held Aug. 28-30 and Sept. 4–7, and voted for the design that inspired them most. 4C Group’s winning concept treats the residence as a continuation of the mountain rather than a structure set on top of it, the group said. The home follows the site’s natural contours using sculptural circular forms so that, instead of a conventional front and back, every side of the house responds to its surroundings and the views shift with the terrain and light. At the center, the landscape rises up through the architecture to form a sheltered natural courtyard that draws daylight and the outdoors into the home. A living green roof carries the native landscape across the structure, allowing the home to blend into the summit when seen from a distance. Natural stone, warm wood, expansive glass and water features ground the design in its mountain setting, while gathering spaces are positioned to capture views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and surrounding peak. Private rooms offer quieter places of retreat. “We’re grateful to everyone who took the time to explore the designs and vote. Our goal was a home that feels as though it has always belonged to the mountain, and it means a great deal that this vision resonated with our community.” said Solim Gasparik, co-founder of 4C Group. The winning design, including renderings, floor plans and a virtual 3D model, is available to view online at adshowcase-parkcity.com/4cdesign.
