u0022u0022 INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Warm air continues through Thursday. A cold front will produce areas on rain late Thursday into Friday and usher in more seasonable air for the weekend. Even cooler air is likely next week. TUESDAY NIGHT:Fair skies. Not cold cool with lows mainly in the 50s. WEDNESDAY:A mix of sun clouds with well above average highs in low to mid 80s. There is a chance of some shower activity across Northern Indiana, but a dry day is expected for most of us. WEDNESDAY NIGHT:Variably cloudy and mild. Lows in the 60s. THURSDAY:Variably cloudy and warm. Highs in the mid to upper 80s for most of Central Indiana. Some showers and a few rumbles are possible during the afternoon and evening. Lows in the 60s Thursday night. FRIDAY:A passing cold front will produce areas of rain as it passes. Some locally steady or heavy rain could occur. Let’s hope for the best for high school football, but it may end up being damp. Cooler air will return during the day with temperatures in the low 70s and 60s. Lows in the 50s Friday night. WEEKEND:Most of Saturday and Sunday is looking dry, but there still could be a few showers around, especially early Saturday and again on Sunday. Highs near 70 (plus or minus) with lows in the 50s are likely. NEXT WEEK:Several shots of cool, dry Canadian air could affect Indiana and the Great Lakes.
