TODAY After several days of fighting through clouds, Saturday finally gives us a much better-looking sky. Expect mostly sunny conditions through the day with highs reaching the lower 70s. Humidity stays comfortable and east to northeast winds remain light around 5 mph. There really ar e not many weather complaints to find here, this should be an excellent early-fall Saturday for just about anything outdoors. TONIGHT Mostly clear skies continue, and with light winds and dry air in place, temperatures fall off pretty quickly after sunset. Lows drop into the upper 40s to around 50 degrees with northeast winds around 5 mph becoming nearly calm. If you are out late, this is definitely one of those nights where the jacket starts becoming useful again. TOMORROW Sunday gives us another round of beautiful fall weather. Expect plenty of sunshine with highs in the lower 70s and very comfortable humidity. Winds remain light from the north to northeast around 5 mph. No rain is expected, so the entire weekend looks very usable. TOMORROW NIGHT Mostly clear and cool with lows falling into the lower 50s. Winds become nearly calm and dry conditions continue. MONDAY We keep the quiet stretch going to start the workweek. Sunshine dominates with highs reaching the lower to middle 70s. Winds remain very light around 5 mph. Monday should be another comfortable day with essentially no rain concern. MONDAY NIGHT Mostly clear and cool with lows in the lower to middle 50s. Winds remain light and the dry pattern continues. TUESDAY Temperatures inch a little higher, but we stay in a very pleasant range. Expect mostly sunny skies with highs in the middle 70s. South winds remain light around 5 mph. Most of Tuesday stays completely dry, although clouds may begin increasing later as the next weather system approaches from the west. TUESDAY NIGHT Clouds gradually increase with temperatures falling into the upper 50s to around 60 degrees. Most of the evening should stay dry, but a shower may become possible toward Wednesday morning as moisture starts returning. WEDNESDAY The quiet streak finally starts to break down. Expect considerably more cloud cover with scattered showers becoming possible during the day. Highs reach the middle 70s. This does not necessarily look like an all-day washout, but Wednesday is the first day in several where keeping an eye on the radar may actually matter. 7 DAY OUTLOOK Saturday through Tuesday gives central Indiana a long stretch of very pleasant fall weather. Highs generally stay in the lower to middle 70s with plenty of sunshine, low humidity and cool nights dropping into the upper 40s and lower 50s. Clouds and moisture return Tuesday night, followed by increasing shower chances Wednesday through Thursday.
