A Montgomery County teacher is charged with sexual offenses involving minors, according to the school district. On Fri day, Sept. 25, 2026, Jason Theodore, a physical education teacher at Montgomery Elementary School in North Wales, Pennsylvania, was arrested by Upper Gwynedd Township Police, according to North Penn School District Superintendent Todd Bauer. In a letter to North Penn staff and families, Bauer wrote that Upper Gwynedd Township Police first contacted the district on Sept. 9 following allegations of “serious sexual offenses involving minors” against Theodore. Theodore was placed on leave pending the outcome of the investigation, Bauer wrote. Police told the district that there is currently no evidence the alleged acts took place on school property.
