An investigation is underway after a woman and man were shot and killed in Philadelphia on Saturday. The shooting occurred on the 2300 block of North 18th Street around 5:30 p.m. A man and woman were both struck in the shooting and taken to the hospital where they were both pronounced dead at 5:5 4 p.m. Police have not yet revealed their identities.
