Check your freezer: Popular fruit bar popsicles sold nationwide are being recalled because they could contain glass. Five flavors of Outshine Fruit Bars were recalled Sunday, according to a news release, “due to possible foreign material contamination with glass.” The recall was announced by Outshine parent company Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, with lots of the bars distributed to retailers and grocery stores nationwide. According to the release, the recalled Outshine Fruit Bar flavors include Strawberry, Watermelon, Grape, Tangerine and Black Cherry. The 2.5 ounce bars came in six-count packages, Outshine said.
