MORGAN CITY mdash; Police arrested a man accused of killing a 65-year-old in Morgan City over the weekend.nbsp;Morgan City Police said that officers were dispatched to the area around Pine and Maple streets on Sunday for a welfare check. Once they arrived, they found a person dead inside a home. It was quickly determined that foul play was involved in the 65-year-old's death.WBRZ has asked the St. Mary Parish Coroner's Office to identify the body found in the home.An investigation led to police arresting 49-year-old Whitney Billiot IV on first-degree murder charges.
