A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Saturday at 5:20 a.m. for dense fog until 8:30 a.m. for Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Madison, Oneida, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome, Delaware and Sullivan counties."Patchy dense fog is possible across areas in Central NY a nd Northeast Pennsylvania through early this morning.
