Look out for Center City road closures Friday afternoon. The city announced rolling closures along with “temporary no parking” zones. It’s all because Croatia’s supporter groups are hosting a traditional fan walk and flag unveiling. Here’s what you need to know: Benjamin Franklin Pa rkway between 16th Street and 17th Street will close starting at 5:30 p.m. Motorists must adhere to “Temporary No Parking” signs.  Beginning at 6 p.m. the following streets will be closed on a rolling basis until the fan walk passes:  Arch Street between 16th Street and 15th Street  16th Street between John F. Kennedy Boulevard and Arch Street  John F. Kennedy Boulevard between Broad Street and 15th Street  15th Street between Arch Street and S. Penn Square  S. Penn Square  Broad Street between S.
