Fourteen people aboard two boats were rescued and at least four of them badly hurt after two boats crashed in Monroe Harbor overnight. The collision happened a few minutes before midnight, according to the Chicago fire department. Four of the 14 patients who were rescued were in serious to critical condition at hospitals while a fifth was in fair condition, all suffering injuries from the crash, the fire department said.
