VSP requests help in identifying motorcyclists who fled from trooper

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Virginia State Police (VSP) is asking for the public's help in identifying a motorcyclist who fled from a trooper in Henrico County and the city of Richmond.

oper during a pursuit in Henrico that led into Richmond.
At around 6:08 p.m. on Friday, April 17, a VSP trooper initiated a traffic stop for a motorcycle traveling east on Interstate 64 near the Glenside Drive exit in Henrico, but the driver did not stop, beginning a pursuit.
The motorcyclists exited I-64 at Glenside Drive, where they then traveled to West Broad Street and continued into the Museum District in Richmond. The pursuit later ended after the trooper lost sight of the motorcycle.
According to VSP, the driver is described as a white male with an estimated age of 40 to 50 years old with brown to black hair that goes to his upper back with a thin build. The motorcycle is black with a black license plate mounted vertically on the back left with the characters "8435M."
