UNDATED-AP- Minnesota’s plan to set unprecedented minimum wages for nursing home workers faces another delay. Leah Solo is executive director of the state’s Nursing Home Workforce Standards Board, and she says the Trump administration has reset its 90-day review period (April 9, 2026). The state law requires nursing facility employees to earn at least $19 an hour this year and $20.50 in 2027. The wage floor needs approval from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which requested more information on day 89 of the review.
