Bay Area weather: Rain, possible thunderstorms in the forecast through the weekend

The Bay Area is in for wet weather, including possible thunderstorms, beginning Thursday and lasting through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
The weather service said showers are in the forecast Thursday and Friday before the rainfall becomes more widespread on Saturday and
Sunday. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible Friday through Sunday.
Aside from slick roadways, the weather service warned of localized flooding caused by heavy rain showers and/or thunderstorms.
Below is a breakdown of forecasted rainfall totals between Thursday and Sunday, per the weather service:
Cloverdale: 1-1.5 inches
Santa Rosa: 1-1.5 inches
Napa: 1-1.5 inches
Concord: 1-1.5 inches
San Francisco: 1-1.5 inches
Livermore: 0.5-1 inch
San Jose: 0.5-1 inch
Santa Cruz: 1.5-2 inches
Hollister: 0.5-1 inch
Monterey: 0.5-1 inch
Big Sur: 1.5-2 inches
