CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Shockwaves across the U.K. and beyond. Ex-Prince Andrew, now formally known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, has been arrested by British police in connection to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. Authorities say the arrest is tied to newly released Epstein files and allegations of mi sconduct in public office, including claims he may have shared sensitive government information while serving as a U.K. trade envoy. Police searched multiple properties as part of the investigation. He has long denied any wrongdoing. Marina Lacerda, an Epstein survivor, wants to see similar accountability in the U.S., saying, “The DOJ stands for Department of Justice. They need to take some action on this. It’s serious. We gotta look at other countries and we got to see ourselves…other countries are looking at us and they’re talking about us and they’re saying, ‘what are they doing? Why aren’t they taking any action?'” Following Andrew’s arrest, King Charles and Queen Camilla kept their normally scheduled events.
