CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 55-year-old man was reported missing out of Chesterfield County after police said he was robbed in Richmond in early February. In the afternoon on Wednesday, Feb. 18, the Chesterfield County Police Department asked the public for help to find 55-year-old Gary D . Upshaw, who was reported missing. Police said Upshaw was last in contact with his family on Feb. 9. Police described Upshaw as a Black man who stands about 5 feet and 7 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
