HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WSAV) — The Hilton Head Island Fire Rescue (HHIFR) responded to a residential fire Sunday morning. At approximately 10:49 a.m., the HHIFR responded to reports of smoke coming from a residence on Marshland Road.
