(BCN) -- The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for an 82-year-old woman who has been missing since Friday evening after she was last seen in San Jose. Karin Godfrey was last seen about 5:30 p.m. Friday near San Carlos and South Fourth streets in San Jose, according to the CHP, which a ctivated the alert on behalf of the Gilroy Police Department. Godfrey is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 165 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. Authorities believe Godfrey is driving a brown 2003 Buick LeSabre with California license plate 5GIN928. Anyone who sees her or the vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately.
