HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- A car fire briefly stalled the northbound I-69 lanes in Huntington County Friday night. According to a Facebook post from the Huntington County Sheriff's Office, drivers are being asked to avoid the area between mile markers 273 and 274 on northbound I-69 afte r a car fire broke out. As of 9 p.m., traffic was at a complete standstill in the area according to the INDOT trafficwise map and cameras. Huntington County Dispatch confirmed with WANE 15 that the fire was out and the roadway was back open around 9:15 p.m. No injuries were reported according to the Facebook post.
