FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - In a galaxy not so far away and somewhere near, the River Park Farmer's Market will have a Star Wars Food Festival during the third week of the month. The farmers market says it will transform into an "intergalactic feast" featuring 30-plus inspired Star Wars dishes. According to the farmers market, people must "choose wisely-delicious, the food is." Some of the food that will be featured is a Darth Maul double-sided lightsaber corn dog, blue milk, a Mustafar spicy chicken sandwich, lightsaber churros, ronto wraps, and corndog lightsabers. There will also be Wookie cookies, grilled Porg skewers, Mustafar lava cakes, Dagobah swamp water, Bantha brisket sliders and Jabba the Hutt dogs. The farmers market says the full menu will be revealed leading up to the event. There will also be a lightsaber duel show, a life-size R2-D2 and a meet and greet with Star Wars characters.
