NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Those celebrating Easter Sunday at the Lakefront should expect several traffic restrictions. From West End Boulevard to the Seabrook Bridge, the eastbound lane of Lakeshore Drive will be open to traffic, and the other will be reserved for emergency vehicles. Drivers should also expect to stop for law enforcement. "We will be enforcing tent, speeding, no license plate, brake, tag, excessive noise, both music and exhaust, as a means to deter deviant behavior," said Levee District Police Superintendent Joshua Rondeno.
