Green Bay man accused of masturbating in front of children at the Tundra Lodge, officially charged

ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WFRV) - A man from Green Bay is scheduled to be in court on March 31 and is facing four charges related to an incident at the Tundra Lodge.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 38-year-old Robert Latimer was arrested after allegedly masturbating in front of ch
ildren at the Tundra Lodge. On March 30, around 5:30 p.m., officers were sent to the Tundra Lodge for the reported incident that happened in the pool.
When an officer got to the scene, they spoke with the children who reportedly saw the man masturbating. The children said they saw him moving his shoulders up and down and his hands moving in the pockets of his shorts, according to the complaint.

The children also claimed the man made them uncomfortable by following them around the pool area. The complaint says the children told the officer the man never touched them besides accidentally brushing against their shoulders at one point during the day.
Officers went down to the water park to speak with the man who was in the outdoor hot tub by himself. The suspect was identified as Latimer.
When police asked him if he was masturbating at any point while at the Tundra Lodge, he reportedly said that he did not. Latimer said that he was trying to fix the pockets in his swim trunks, according to the complaint.
Latimer also did not have a wristband and later confirmed to another officer that he did not pay to get into the Tundra Lodge. A vape pen with marijuana was found on Latimer, according to the complaint.
Latimer gave a written statement claiming that he never masturbated, and the jets in the hot tub caused his pockets to 'bunch up', and that is why he was digging in his pockets.
Latimer is charged with:
Causing a Child to View or Listen to Sexual Activity (victim under 13 years old)
Felony
Up to 12 and a half years in prison
Causing a Child to View or Listen to Sexual Activity (victim over 13 years old but not 18 years old)
Felony
Up to six and a half years in prison
Causing a Child to View or Listen to Sexual Activity (victim over 13 years old but not 18 years old)
Felony
Up to six and a half years in prison
Possession of THC
Misdemeanor
Up to six months in prison
According to court records, Latimer was scheduled to have his initial appearance on March 31 at 2 p.m.
