(MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo.) — A Manitou Springs man with pending cases was arrested on Sunday, March 23, with multiple weapons, ammo, and drugs inside his vehicle, according to the Manitou Springs Police Department (MSPD). Kohl Nicol, Courtesy: Manitou Springs Police Department MSPD said on Sund ay, while on routine patrol, officers found a suspicious vehicle, and a man identified as Kohl Nicol, sleeping in the driver's seat of a vehicle. Police found multiple weapons, ammo, presumed fentanyl, and equipment commonly used for distributing drugs. Nicol was arrested on suspicion of various charges involving weapons, drugs, and Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. According to MSPD, Nicol has two other cases pending in the 4th Judicial District, one for "controlled substance-distribute fentanyl" and one for multiple counts of "controlled sub-possession, driving under restraint, drug paraphernalia-possession."
