MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man and a woman were arrested this week after allegedly running over a repo man when he tried to tow their car.
Both 27-year-old Brandi Revels and 34-year-old Nicholas Wray have been charged with aggravated assault for the March 26 incident.

At 7:55 a.m., officers responded to an aggravated assault in the 1000 block of Cabana Circle.
A male victim was located and taken to Regional One in non-critical condition.
Officers were told that the victim was a tow truck driver and was attempting to repossess a 2011 Ford Fusion.
According to the victim, as he was hooking his truck up to the vehicle, a woman yelled to a man to hurry up.
The man then allegedly got into the Ford and backed the car up, running the victim over as he was under the vehicle.

On March 28, Crump Station Task Force Officers located Brandi Revels in the 1000 block of Cabana Circle and took her into custody.
They also found and identified Nicholas Wray as the man responsible for the assault, and he was taken into custody.
Both Revels and Wray have been charged with aggravated assault.
Revels was held on a $15,000 bond and Wray was held on a $60,000 bond.
The Ford Fusion was located in the 900 block of Oakmont Place and was towed to the city lot. ...read more read less
