FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)—A new flower shop is opening in Summit City. Create Joy is unlike most flower shops; the arrangements are made from sola wood.  Sola wood is a sustainable and durable alternative to real flowers. Its paper-thin structure makes sola wood flowers easily customizable, and the bouquets are long-lasting past the event for which they were created. Create Joy is hosting a grand opening on Saturday, March 29 from 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. Create Joy's new location is at 1516 N. Wells Street, Fort Wayne. There will be appetizers and drinks all day. The first 20 people in the store will receive a free gift and purchases over $100 will get a VIP gift bag. Create Joy will also host craft classes.
