HOLLAND, Pa. — After falling in an early three-run hole, the Council Rock South softball team rebounded to beat Conwell-Egan, 13-6, on Friday afternoon.
Now 5-1 on the year, Rock South got home runs from hard-hitting Julia Scannapieco and Veronica Hauk. Seven different players had two hits, and pi
tcher Lexi Waring, Paige Brady and Shannon Williams doubled.
Conwell-Egan (4-2) got a home run by Cecilia McBeth.
Rock South will be at Rock North (5-2) in a big early season game on Tuesday afternoon.

BUCKINGHAM, Pa. – The surging Falcons easily improved to 4-2. Kylie Dressel got the win with a seven-hitter. Freshman Ryen Rittersbach had another big game with a 3-for-3 and three RBIs. Liv Czerniak also doubled for Pennsbury.
