PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — One person has been shot on Dale Drive Friday afternoon, police said. Portsmouth Police said they responded to a call for a shooting in the 200 block of Dale Drive around 4:56 p.m., and when officers arrived, they found a boy with a gunshot wound.
