Alfred Lee Bowen: Age 60; 6-foot-2; 245 pounds; bald-gray hair and blue eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction; $30,000 bond. Jack Odell Russell: Age 67; 5-foot-8; 205 pounds; white hair and brown eyes; wanted for failure to comply sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction; $25,000 bond.
