RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man was found dead with a gunshot wound in Richmond's East End Tuesday evening. At 9:24 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, officers with the Richmond Police Department were patrolling the 2400 block of Carmine Street in the city's Whitcomb neighborhood. Shortly after, officers rep ortedly received a call for a person shot on the same block. Officers then found a man lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound.
