MARINETTE COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Marinette County Board considered a resolution Tuesday to terminate an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) regarding the Pike River. The Pike River is one of five rivers in Wisconsin with a Wild River designation, and some resid ents have expressed concerns that ending the agreement could lead to logging along the river.
