MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Memphis brewery Wiseacre brought home a top award at the Great American Beer Festival, naming Sky Dog Lager the best light beer in the USA.
When brothers Davin and Kellan Bartosch, started the company in 2013, they set out to make the "best beers ever."

According to Wiseacre, Sky Dog is the second Wiseacre beer to earn a national award following Tiny Bomb's bronze medal win at the GABF in 2014.
"My brother Davin and I are so proud of the work the team has done to bring home two national awards, and we can’t wait to share this award - and this amazing beer - with our fellow Memphians," said Kellan.
Wiseacre is giving the community the opportunity to taste the award-winning beer at the official Grizzlies Pre-Game Party held at the brewery downtown on March 29 from 1:30-3 p.m.
"Sky Dog is crisp, refreshingly light, and chuggable. Perfect for spring, summer, and all the family celebrations that these seasons bring," said Wiseacre in a press release.
