This is the second time in a week that a work furlough inmate has failed to return to their respective location, with 45-year-old Jason S. Takaki failing to return on March 21, before he was caught in Kaimuki several days later.
Lalimo is a community custody inmate who has pass privileges in the work furlough program. Community custody is the lowest classification status, according to officials.
