HONOLULU (KHON2) -- The Hawaiʻi Department of Education announced on the night of March 24 that ʻAikahi Elementary School in Kailua will be closed to students and staff on March 25. The HIDOE says that there is a "continued presence of a chemical odor on and around campus. The Honolulu Fire Dep artment has been unable to identify the source of the odor."
