RICE LAKE, Wis. (WFRV) - Police in Wisconsin arrested two people after recovering several drugs from a vehicle after a K9 alerted to the odor of multiple controlled substances. The Rice Lake Police Department said that a Sergeant initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle around 12:45 p.m. on Wednesda y and deployed K9 Kash to the scene. Wisconsin volunteer arrested for child enticement, pornography charges K9 Kash alerted to the scent of controlled substances, and officers recovered a plethora of different drugs and paraphernalia. The driver was arrested on the following charges: Possession w/intent to distribute methamphetamine Possession w/intent to distribute THC Methamphetamine Possession Drug Paraphernalia Possession Operating while under the influence (2nd) Operating while revoked Failure to install an IID Probation violation Driver arrested on 4th OWI offense in Brown County after reckless driving complaint on I-41 A passenger was arrested on possession charges of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
