SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — State lawmakers are hosting a public forum with Rhode Island Energy to help address people's concerns over the cost of utilities. The forum is being held in South Kingstown High School's Auditorium at 6 p.m. on Monday. Representatives from Rhode Island Energy will also be able to provide more information regarding low income relief and payment programs.
