SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Crews with the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department responded to reports of a residential fire in the El Cerrito neighborhood on Satruday morning.
SDFD first reported the incident at 8:08 a
.m., with an immediate response to the 6000 block of Meade Avenue. The department confirmed that a total of 25 personnel were assigned to the incident, along with four fire engines.
According to fire officials, the impacted residence, which is surrounded by nearby homes, was vacant. No one was rescued, evacuated or displaced as a result of this fire. The blaze was knocked down and the response ended at 10:43 a.m.
