INDIANAPOLIS -- Indiana State Police confirmed a man missing on Indy's east side has been found safe. ISP Sgt. John Perrine said Luis Andres Rodriguez has been located and is safe with his family Thursday night. Before Rodriguez was located, he had last been seen Wednesday around 6 p.m. near E. 21st Street and N. Emerson Avenue. Perrine added that Rodriguez only had his cell phone in his possession, but all calls went straight to his voicemail. He had no vehicle or wallet at the time of his disappearance, according to Perrine.
