MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A small earthquake shook Dyer County on Thursday afternoon. The U.S. Geological Survey said the magnitude 2.8 quake struck at 3:23 p.m. about five miles west of Dyersburg. A resident there told WREG she felt the shaking and could see her window blinds shake.
