RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– One person is dead after an afternoon apartment complex shooting, RCSD says. Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department say they responded to Greenberiar Apartments off of Park Lane Road around 2 p.m. this afternoon (Weds, March 19).
