BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Put a Plant On It, a popular plant store in the heart of Elmwood Village, is offering $1,000 to anyone who can help them find one of their birds.
Blueberry, a bright blue Indian Ringneck, has been missing since Saturday.
The store says Blueberry may be in the Town of To
nawanda. Possible sightings were reported in the Riverview neighborhood as well as at or around Ives Park and Athena's Family Restaurant.
Blueberry is very food motivated and loves kids. He is especially fond of pistachios and walnuts. Those with their own pet birds and are asked to take them on walks if possible to try to lure Blueberry in. In addition, the public is asked to put out bird feed and play sounds of hahns macaws to mimic his mate Chimi.
